AN ADVENTURE OF DISCOVERY

Dare to dream and dare to ask how you can find out more of what life is really capable of being.

I wanted to write this book for 20 years, to understand how radical transformations work. I have been fascinated by the possibilities. I knew that my school hadn’t prepared me for an extraordinary career, and as a very ordinary person, I have sometimes felt like an imposter.

I realised that profoundly personal experiences became a foundation of my life and had to be included somehow. I wanted an innovative book with an apparently simple interweaving of two narratives that explores how our professional lives and our personal stories are fundamentally related.

I have learnt to welcome mystery and embrace ignorance. I have learnt to play, make mistakes and risk failure. I have learnt to keep asking questions until I have answers that satisfy me. I have learnt to dream.

“The main reason I’ve written my story is for you to better understand your own story. Take whatever is helpful for you.”
